It is important for leaders to be diligent and mindful about recent events impacting the peak performance of employees.

Within Australia, the end of last year was spent monitoring news resports of bush fires and the devestation the fires caused across the country. Soon after the new year we were experiencing heavy rain, floods and further devestation.

Individuals returned to work feeling less refreshed and less rested then they may have felt in previous years, and this can have an overall impact on the rate of burnout we will likely see in organisations.

In the coming weeks I will be sharing tools and resources to identify, prevent and recover from burnout, so make sure you sign up to my mailing list or subscribe to my YouTube channel by clicking the video above to stay up to date.
